FEATURED IN THE SEPTEMBER 2021 ISSUE TRAVEL AND LEISURE! Highlighted as a place to stay in Istria. You feel the warmth of a cozy Istrian home when you enter the gates to La Vita Bella Villa. The house is engulfed with lush vines and greenery giving it a Tuscan vibe complete with a hand-painted address tile made in Italy and a Moroccan tiled pool. It has always been a dream of ours to own a villa in Istria. The space inspired by our favorite destinations with an Istrian twist.

Villa Domenica Medelina 5 pool, jacuzzi, sauna

Villa Domenica Medellin 5 is a new villa with modern design and luxurious furnishings. There are 5 bedrooms with king size double beds. Each bedroom has its own toilet, shower, wardrobe, flat screen TV, air conditioning. On the ground floor there is a closed spa area with a sauna, jacuzzi, bathroom and shower. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and utensils (Villeroy & Boch). Refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, mixer.

Peaceful Villa with breathetaking view

Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

Our brand new villa with infinity pool is situated in a small village near Motovun town, in the heart of green Istria. With the magnificent view over Motovun, villa is offering the unforgettable moments to every nature lover’s. The house is for 6 persons+ 2 people can sleep in the living room, 240 m2 on two levels. The swimming season in the pool is from May to November.

Runt villan finns en hög skyddande mur med en elektrisk grind. En magisk plats för en semester med familj, vänner samt fyrbenta familjemedlemmar för att skapa fina minnen för livet!

House da mamma to przytulny dom w historycznej części Rovinj, niedaleko kościoła św. Eufemii i parku. To wakacyjna przystań dla rodziny lub przyjaciół. W jego wyposażeniu i substancji ulokowanych jest dużo dobrych emocji i miłych wspomnień. Przez ostatnie lata był z sukcesem wynajmowany i zdobył wspaniałe recenzje. W tym roku dom wrócił w ręce rodziny, zyskał nową sypialnię, łazienkę oraz wyłączny dostęp do podwórza, które jest wielkim jego atutem.
