The outdoor courtyard is especially nice and private ,with a fire pit, grill and comfortable chairs. It is a rustic location easy walking distance to North Shore Beach. If you want an ocean beach you can drive straight south for 20 minutes and reach Smiths Point State Park right on the ocean. The North Fork with its vineyards is a short drive and the Hamptons also only 30 minutes to West Hampton. You can fish, golf, walk among the wooded area and relax in peace. Whether you are venturing out to the North Fork wineries or a scenic drive on the south shore beaches on your way to the Hamptons. A beautiful cozy private (not a shared space) full one bedroom downstairs lower level apartment, living room w/full size sofa sleeper, kitchen/dining room, full bathroom and a completely separate yard with patio furniture exclusively for your use. Everything you need to enjoy your stay.

The Cozy Little Cottage

Charming guest cottage on our property on 1.5 acres in pastoral neighborhood, 7 minutes to Wilton center and 8 to Westport center. The cottage is separate from the main house, connected by a breezeway, above the garage. It is quaint and cozy. High end kitchen appliances include gas range, mini fridge, microwave and mini dishwasher. The bedroom has a queen bed and the living room has a futon couch which folds down. It’s perfect for 1-2 adults, can comfortably fit 3 people if one is a child.

Beautiful, quiet, studio apartment-style unit (private entrance w/full bath) tucked away in a modern farmhouse on a gorgeous, secluded North Fork farm. Guests have exclusive use of screen porch, fire pit, bbq and outdoor seating area. Jess is a private chef and yoga instructor, so be sure to inquire for services! Private hiking trails, fresh eggs, produce from garden, beach gear, Keurig, mini fridge, homemade granola, tea. Fresh eggs, seasonal veg from the garden, and meals (inquire!)
