Architecturally designed apartment with unbeatable views on the cliff of Calan Porter, South Coast, Menorca. A truly unique property, designed by one of the most celebrated architects of Menorca. The property with high quality finishes, is a perfect and versatile space, the living room, kitchen and terrace communicate perfectly with each other to maximize the views that the property has, the contrast between the turquoise waters and the orange sunsets are breath-taking.

There is an open planned kitchen with white units, and appliances including a fridge-freezer, a microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, electric hob with two rings and self catering kitchen utensils. There is a cosy living space with a sofa and table with chairs glass sliding doors opening into the lovely balcony over the beach road and with beautiful views right around the bay and the beach. Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe, one full bathroom, wc , washbasin and bidet.

San Telmo is a small and picturesque village between sea and mountain located in front of the natural park of La Dragonera. Sunsets that light up the sky, the sound of the waves, the sea breeze... The area is perfect for connecting with nature, hiking in the mountains, cycling, and of course, any water activity. If you can't take holiday, come and enjoy a bit of 'workation' with us! Nuestro apartamento Bellavista está ubicado en primerísima linea de la playa con unas fabulosas vistas al mar y a la playa, que hacen único a este apartamento. El apartamento Bellavista está totalmente reformado con suelos de parquet, completamente amueblado y equipado para su disfrute y el de su familia, nuestro apartamento está situado en el segundo piso del edificio 'Bellavista', no disponemos de ascensor. *** Capacidad máxima 4 personas (niños y bebes incluidos)

Desde la terraza, se pueden ver las típicas casetas blancas menorquinas de Playas de Fornells enmarcadas por el mar y en el fondo el cabo de Cavallería y su impresionante faro. Un lugar idílico donde se pueden admirar espectaculares vistas panorámicas del mar ; un verdadero poema para los ojos que se vuelve especialmente único durante la puesta de sol. El apartamento está ubicado a tan solo 5-10 minutos caminando de la playa Cala Tirant.
