Signal House - A Stunning Beach House - 2020 Build

Discover Signal House, a beautiful Beach House escape, located on the dunes in picturesque Amble. Built in 2020, this stunning home is the ideal blend of modern design and coastal charm. Thoughtfully designed over two floors, the first-floor living area is perfectly positioned to capture the mesmerizing sea views for the perfect escape.

Flat 4 - Cliff House

Comfortable, quiet, harbour-front holiday apartment with spectacular views and accommodation for 4 (we can take 6 but send a message to us before booking if there are more than 4 in your party) on the edge of Seahouses. Views out to the Farne Islands where you can see countless sea birds - or stay put and watch the wildlife from the apartment. We do use our flat whenever we can but are keen to share it rather than leaving it empty - everyone is welcome. Get in touch if you have any questions.

Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

Peweet -amazing Showmans Wagon + Hot Tub

Peweet one of our luxury Showman Wagons, glamping with all home comforts and more. Sleeps up to 6 in Kingsize bed, twin room and sofa bed, central heating, fully fitted kitchen, all sheets and towels provided, one shower and toilet. Hottub (extra charge) BBQ and fire pit outside, garden furniture. Views right down to the Coast and Dark Skies in the evening. 5 minute drive to local pub for bar meal. 10 minutes to the coast and Alnwick Castle and Gardens.

The Bothy. Cosy, eco friendly barn camping.

The Bothy is a delightful 19th century listed barn on an old farm. The room is light and airy with stunning views over the Northumberland countryside, between the Cheviots and the Northumberland coast. There is a large garden for visitors use, and dark skies above us. We are an eco friendly family, and the Bothy comes with a composting toilet in a separate wooden shed, and a water supply just outside the door. Think of it as cosy camping in a stone tent.

Wonderful cottage in the heart of the North Northumberland Coastal Plain with Beautiful views and stunning scenery private accommodation This is a fabulous small country holiday home with great views out to Budle Bay and just 6 miles from the pretty village of Bamburgh, with its stunning beach and magnificent castle. The Scottish Border area is only 30 minutes away including the market town of Berwick upon Tweed.

The Hideout offers the ideal base for rest, exploration, and adventure with some of the most sought after destinations of the Northumbrian Coast within walking distance. A highly sought after location due to its proximity to beaches, pubs and restaurants.

Northumbrian Pride, Shepherd's Hut, Lowick

This is our fully furnished shepherds hut with double bed, kitchen and bathroom. In beautiful North Northumberland, lovely views over to the sea, countryside and town of Berwick upon Tweed. We are close to Holy Island, Bamburgh and Seahouses. Our hut was custom built on site for guests to enjoy the fantastic places of interest near by. Bedding and towels are provided.

The Annex in Belford tiny place with a big heart

The Annex is a 260yr old listed building originally a tiny hay barn, recently renovated to a high standard that provides our guests with a comfortable stay with light breakfast included and is perfect for that well deserved break. Please note this is adults only. Because of size of Annex. WE CANT ACCEPT LARGE DOGS. unfortunately there isn’t enough room.
