Welcome to the river house, our little slice of central Texas heaven! Here you’ll find a comfy, secluded, private home on the banks of the Medina river, located 45 minutes outside of San Antonio and a short 15 minute drive to Bandara. This recently renovated two bedroom all rock home has a bonus room, a large full bath, spare half bath, and everything a family could need to enjoy a great trip to the Medina river. The river is very family friendly and 100 yards directly in front of the house.

There’s a stainless steel gas stove & fridge for preparing your own meals and ample parking for trailers too! Plenty of room to relax, take a walk down the hill and cross the road get to the river.

Sleeping accommodations for up to 14+, fully stocked cook's kitchen, and dining table seats up to 14. Relax on our 500 sf deck to enjoy amazing river views, sunsets, star gazing, bird sanctuary and wildlife. House is on edge of huge stone bluff overlooking river, ancient cypress trees, and private ranch beyond.

The property is not isolated but it is in a rural location and it makes for the perfect vacation remedy for those seeking peace, quiet, and an opportunity to get away from busy city life.

We have magnificent hill country views all of the time and if we’re lucky sometimes a lake view. You can enjoy the evenings in the shade under pergola watching the birds soar in the breeze and enjoy the mornings watching beautiful sunrises while you sip your coffee on back porch.
