Shepherds Retreat. Handcrafted , North Devon

This handcrafted dwelling is set in the orchard of Easter Barton, a 200 acre working sheep farm situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Berrynarbor in North Devon. Situated overlooking a small pond, great for exploring the breathtaking nearby coastline. We are within walking distance of the South West Coast Path, and some fantastic beaches and coves. Pubs within walking distance, a well stocked, Community shop and PO just down the hill. Please note check in/out Fri and Mon.

Braunton Breaks - Ambrose Cottage

Ambrose Cottage is beautifully decorated to a high standard with a stylish cottage feel to the property. Ambrose has a master bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite shower / toilet room. The twin bedroom has two single beds in a spacious room next door to the family bathroom with bath / toilet. Superbly located within walking distance of the shops, bars, restaurants and cafes of Braunton, Ambrose is also just 5-10 minutes by car from Saunton Sands and Croyde Bay. A perfect getaway.

The Hide at Lemons Farm

The Hide is a tranquil getaway, tucked into the corner of Lemons Farm, our 15th Century thatched farmhouse. Originally a piggery, the cob and stone building has been converted into a little cottage with a living area, kitchenette, bathroom and mezzanine sleeping area. Fall asleep under the stars and wake to the sound of birdsong. Lemons Farm is located in Atherington, a lovely village with a church, tennis court and park. Some great pubs are nearby as are the gorgeous North Devon beaches.

This newly refurbished house is perfect for enjoying all that North Devon has to offer. The kitchen is well-equipped and the breakfast bar and dining room provide ample seating. This leads into a stylish, open-plan living room with smart TV and wood burner. Double doors open out to a large patio with seating that gets sun at all times of day so it's ideal for al fresco dining! Sleeps up to 6 with 2 double bedrooms and a third twin bedroom, plus 2 bathrooms. Free private parking on drive.

Skirr Cottage was the home of the acclaimed writer Henry Williamson who is best known as the author of Tarka the Otter. With its pretty whitewashed exterior the cottage is set next to a trickling stream next to the historic Norman church of St. George in the heart of Georgeham village. Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

Board Room @ Green Rooms

Board Room @ Green Rooms is a contemporary and spacious one bedroom apartment. 5 meter bi-fold doors from the living area open onto your own private South facing decked garden. A real suntrap with sun loungers and outdoor dining area to enjoy. A great nights sleep awaits you in the sumptuous super-king bed and in the morning roll back the huge sliding barn door to reveal the view of the sun coming up over Saunton Down right from your bed.

The Little House-rural, self contained setting

The Little House is quiet and rural and just a 10 minute drive to Braunton and Barnstaple. The beaches of Saunton Sands, Croyde and Woolacombe are all 15 mins drive away. The well equipped Little House is an open plan set up with a comfy king size bed, kitchen, living and dining area. WiFi is super fast. Your own patio and a private paddock. Everything is totally self contained and private. Plenty of parking and a flexible self check in.

Annexe to main house nr Westward Ho

My annexe is completely private, your own sitting-room, bedroom and shower . Great for walkers, swimmers, surfers, kite-surfing, golfing [Royal North Devon Golf Club], Tarka trail for bikers, kayaking. I WILL LEAVE milk, bread, butter, jam, cereal, fruit, fruit juice in the small fridge; i supply plates etc and these can be left in entrance to be washed daily Only a microwave - no other cooking facilities. Small fridge.
