Walking, cycling, mountain biking and off-road motor cycling all within minutes of the front door.

Delightful two double bedroomed terraced cottage, just 10 minutes walk east of the city centre with its array of tasteful independent shops, restaurants, theatre, cathedral and mainline station. Cosy, comfortable decor and dog-friendly. (One well-behaved dog only please). Gas CH with electric woodburner to living room, downstairs bathroom, recently updated kitchen and secluded and secure courtyard garden. Lovely quiet little road, no through traffic and all local amenities within easy reach.

It has a stunning entrance hall, huge open plan kitchen and a utility room. Two bedrooms have their own ensuite. There is fantastic walking around, lovely pubs and great places nearby to visit including Salisbury, Stonehenge, Longleat Safari park, many historical sites and beaches within the hour. The New Forest offers endless opportunities for adventure, relaxation, and exploration.

Gardeners cottage is a charming and cosy bolthole in the grounds of the Old Sir Walter Tyrell House, set in the heart of the new forest. The house was for over 150 years a pub, then derelict for a decade and now stylishly restored to a private residence. Gardeners cottage is a 1 bed, self contained dwelling with a kitchen-dining-living room, king size bedroom, and luxurious bathroom. It is pet friendly, has access to a private, south facing, fenced off garden with terrace.

The cottage backs onto paddocks where the owners shetland ponies, pet sheep and chickens live and our younger guests are welcome to come and meet them.
