Welcome to my modern, comfortable, contemporary, homely 3 bedroom semi-detached, located one house from the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by fields and views into Leeds city centre, within a short walk to Morley train station and one stop into Leeds centre, waking distance to the white rose shopping centre and waking distance to Morley centre or the trendy bars of Morley bottoms, close to m62 and m1. Towels are provided for each guest, large walk in shower separate bath, additional sofa bed.

The Entire Coach House at Middleton Hall

Relax in this peaceful unique country home, either warm yourself by the wood burner or relax out in the garden, taking in the beautiful surroundings of the private Middleton Hall estate. The Coach House has been refurbished , with designer furniture, wall paper, hand painted murals on the walls, marble shower room, hypnos beds and an American fridge freezer. Our cosy little house is in the centre of the village of Messingham which has lots of pubs and eateries within walking distance. We have an Indian, Thai, Italian & dog friendly gastro pubs with live music, hairdressers, beauty salons, bakery & food shops. A short drive away a Nature reserve, play barn, golf, tennis, fishing & a lovely little zoo as well as Blyton ice cream & racetrack. A little stream with ducks is in the next village. We welcome families, couples, business people & pets.

The downstairs is tiled water fed underfloor heating with marble look tiles, free off road parking for at least 2 cars or 2 extra large vans on the drive, spacious garden with play area, patio and garden room to 55 inch tv and stylish new kitchen. The rear garden is safe and secure for pets, we don't envisage any dogs being able to escape, although if they do, we hold no responsibility for this and recommend pets are supervised at all times.
