Architect townhouse * private garden

Roomy and bright townhouse from 1875 in Aarhus center. Great location - near Town hall and 400 meters to main train station. Important NOTES (house description below): 1. there will be 2 cats with you inside the house - so only for cat lovers who will enjoy cats around them (price is low because you take care of our cats). 2. House is not safe for small kids because there is no railings to French terrace and stairs - so only book with kids older than 8 years 💚 House: 149 sqm. 3 bedrooms and a double room with kitchen and livingroom in 1th floor. The house is full of light all day, and has 200 sqm yard/ garden with sun comming from south. Bedroom 1: with small reading "lounge" with a large double bed 180 cm Soft Tempur matersses. Guestroom downstairs: large double bed 180 cm with soft Tempur matersses. Office: Wegner sleeping-couch 140 cm or 100 cm if not unfolded. Spring matress. Living room on 1th floor with couch and danish designer chairs. Big kitchen on 1th floor - open to the livingroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen and new bathroom with shower/WC. Feel free to use everything open in the kitchen, oil, spices and coffee pods. Bedrooms are bright and only has few blinders (will not be dark - especially in the summertime - we love it - not everyone does) There is a small new toilet on 2nd floor. Broadband wireless internet access. There is a washing machine and new dryer at ground floor. Bed linen and towels is included. We rent out the house for what we believe is a very reasonable price, because part of staying in the house is being with the cats. Cats are sweet and do not need much attention but they show up everywhere. The train station is 3 min away and same goes for Aarhus big modern museum AROS and the music hall. There is lots of cafees, restaurents, shops and pedestian streets really close to the house. There is 5 km to the lovely Bellevue beach. And a 20 min walk to the harbour. If you book more than one week, the additional days will be at same daily price as the week discount. The house is a private home (not a rental/ holiday home), when we host guests we often travel. We off cause leave everything well cleaned for you and hope you will leave the place in a nice way. If you dont have time to clean let us know and we can arrange cleaning for 100€ :)

New house in Torekov, golf, tennis, sauna & pool

Great place for exploring Bjäre peninsula, and its nature w/ many golf courses, bicycle trails, running and riding. Another option is Hallands väderö where seals are seen around the year. Torekov & Båstad are near and offers great options for dining. Guests can also use tennis course, sauna and heated pool booked w/ an app ( temp access) The house have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6-8 persons. It's fully equipped including internet tv and wifi. House also has is a patio w/ a gas grill.

Hyggeligt byhus og have midt i det gamle Ebeltoft

Hyggelig og moderne lejlighed på 35m2 i vores byhus med perfekt beliggenhed, midt i det gamle Ebeltoft. Her er det meste indenfor gåafstand-Maltfabrikken, restauranter, forretninger, museer, supermarkeder, havn og strand. Haven er en lille frodig oase med flere hyggekroge, overdækket terrasse og havkig. Nyd en drink på terrassen og solnedgangen over Ebeltoft Vig. På gaden kan parkeres i 15 min til af-og pålæsning. Gratis parkering indenfor 75m. El-ladestander 100 m. Slutrengøring kan tilkøbes.

Radhus på 122 kvm med stor altan, uterum och gräsmatta. Nedre våningen: kök, altan med grill och matbord, uterum med loungemöbel och matbord, toalett, vardagsrum med tv. Tvättrum. Övre våningen: 3 sovrum, balkong, badrum med badkar. OBS! Sovrum 4 är inget eget rum utan endast madrasser! Finns två extra madrasser+ en luftmadrass man kan lägga på golv om det önskas. Samt en resespjälsäng Övrigt: lekplats, leksaker, fri parkering, närhet till hav, närhet till matbutik, nära busshållplats.

Radhus nära Göteborg & Liseberg, men även naturen - Delsjöområdet och många motionsslingor. Härlanda tjärn (badplats med strand) ligger endast 5 min promenad från radhuset. Närmsta busshållplats (buss 17) ca 5 minuters promenad från radhuset. På ca 15min tar du dig sedan in till city. Parkeringsplats som tillhör huset finns, bil till city tar ca 10 minuter. 3 sovrum på övervåningen. Altan och liten gräsmatta med studsmatta. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår EJ i detta boende. Städning ingår.

Modern 3 bedroom family holiday home, 90m2 on 2 floors with private garden - perfect to enjoy the summer resort Torekov. Access to tennis court (free) on the premises, as well as a heated (28 degrees) pool. 10min walk to the sea and golf course about 20 min along the sea to reach the village of Torekov with restaurants, shops, bars. 12 min drive to Båstad. Guests need to bring bed linen, towels and do the exit cleaning before departure. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.

Welcome to our lovely house in Lyngby. Close to nature and a short train ride from the city center, it’s a perfect base for families to explore the city. The surrounding area offers beautiful nature and possibilities for hiking and canoeing. The house sleeps up to 10 -12 guests in 5 bedrooms, one loft and a living room sleeping couch. There is also a cute garden and terrace, and the community playground is just out the back door.
