Easy walking distance to both Mollymook and Narrawallee beaches, bannisters pavilion, gwylo and mollymook shops. Please note there is a granny flat that sits to the rear of the property and mutual consideration is required Strictly no parties and quiet hours from 10pm - 6am

Bay Dreamer - comfortable seaside getaway

So close...Hear the waves lap the beach from Bay Dreamer. New to the holiday rental market and has been updated with fresh paint, new carpet and polished timber floors. With views across Jervis Bay to Point Perpendicular from the living areas and main bedroom. The kitchen has an electric stove top and oven, microwave and dishwasher. The house has gas hot water, bbq & heater, ceiling fans+AC and a spacious bathroom. A second shower is located in the laundry and off the carport is a second toilet.

We are lucky enough to have been holidaying at our family holiday house in Hyams Beach way before the Guinness Book of Records declared it the whitest sand in the world and our little village became a top Australian Beach destination. Summer Salt has 2 separate self contained areas. Upstairs has its own living area, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms (main bedroom has a queen sized bed, 2nd bedroom 1 x double, 2 singles - in total, upstairs sleeps 6) Downstairs also has living area, kitchen and bathroom, laundry and 1 bedroom (1x queen and 2 singles)-sleeps 4. Upstairs has 2 outdoor areas - one huge deck overlooking the ocean and one covered outdoor area, downstairs has a 2 covered outdoor areas. Perfect for 2 families.
