Cosy small studio apartment

Studio apartment for two persons is in a house with several apartments, on the ground floor with separate entrance. It is a quite small studio (20 m2) but has all necessary for two people on vacation. There is a table with two chairs outside. The house is situated 300 m from the city center and 400 m from the beach, it takes 10 minutes walk. There is a lot of free parking space near the house. The owner lives in the same house. Included in the price: parking, final cleaning, wi-fi, tourist tax.

Ap. Toš is situated on the high first floor of a renovated traditional house, located in the heart of a coastal village and is furnished in moderen style. Ap.consists of living room with kitchen, bedroom, sleeping gallery and bathroom and is suitable for families, 2-6 people. Guests have access to a wonderful private garden, situated just 40 m from the house (accessible by stairs). Local beach is accessible just a few steps from the garden. It has a beautiful view of the sea, the harbor, the Velebit massif and the island of Prvić. The apartment is comfortably and modernly furnished and fully equipped. It has two bedrooms , a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa and a flat-screen TV, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace with a seating area. The sea and the beach are approx. 2 minutes from the apartment.

Spacious living room has exit to the sunshine and additionally contribute to a comfortable stay. The 2 bikes that are available to help exploring the surroundings. The owner stays 3 km from Baška.

The house is located just above the Baška harbour, with a small beach just 100 metres away and a 10 minute walk to the old town on one side and naturist camp Bunculuka on the other. There are restaurants and cafes within a 5-minute walking distance from the house. The apartment is on the ground floor and it has a very big terrace. In our house we have 3 apartments for max. 8 people. Each apartment has it own separate entrance.
