Battery Point House is an award winning architect designed renovation to a heritage Battery Pt. cottage close to the Derwent river. The house is ideally located a leisurely 10 min. walk to Salamanca Market and town, 5 mins. to Battery Pt. village and 2 mins. to the waterfront. The main house has 4 bedrooms for max. 7 adults for the listed price. The Studio Apartment (Bed 5) is available to let with an ensuite, kitchen/living/queen bed space for an additional fee for up to 9 guests - see below.
