A charming self contained, 2 bedroom country cottage. Beekeepers is part of a converted Victorian byre set on a 14th century farm beside a sleepy lane with fabulous walks on the doorstep. It is perfect for exploring 1066 country and with Hastings, Battle and Rye just a few miles away there is much to do and see! Dogs are very welcome. Small orchard with picnic table and bbq. We are close to the historical town of Battle where the Normans landed in 1066, 4 miles to the seaside town of Bexhill and 8 miles to Hastings. We are close to Lewes, Charleston Festival, Seven Sisters National Park and Glyndebourne. You’ll love our home because of the cosiness, the people, the location and the very comfortable beds. Our home is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with children), and dogs by prior arrangement, we love dogs as much as you do.

With lots of activities and attractions nearby, the cottage is the ideal place to explore places locally or to venture further afield, whether to a beach, or various towns.

The self contained contemporary Architect designed Barn is a luxurious couples retreat, located next to the owners home and surrounded by beautiful AONB countryside with outstanding views. Close to many famous houses and gardens ,Sissinghurst Castle, Great Dixter, Chartwell, Batemans and Scotney Castle. The Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive away. Wadhurst our nearest village has 2 small supermarkets, a fantastic butcher, deli, 2 pubs and takeaways.

Situated in the High Street directly opposite the famous Battle Abbey you are perfectly placed to explore the town and surrounding area.
