Panorama Wide Sea View

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

King sized bed with all glass window for nocturnal sky and city gazing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. It's wonderfully quiet and secured with high security systems. There is a bike hire station just 20 seconds away, perfect for a cycle along Batumi Boulevard.

Apartment is located on the top floor of the Alliance Palace. 38 floor. Huge balcony with sunset views. There is restaurant “Oval” in our building.
