Terrasse exposée sud à l'abri des vents dominants et sans vis à vis (forêt). La maison est dans un cadre naturel, tranquille, apaisant, proche des commerces, plage du mûrier en passant par la forêt et ses sentiers. N. Dame de Monts est une petite station balnéaire offrant de nombreuses activités, près de St Jean de Monts, Noirmoutier, l’île d’Yeu

A lovely old house in stone fully refurbished in full respect of tradition. Located in a large garden which includes the house of the host as well as 2 others rented houses. Several beaches around, the closest at 1500m. The village of Baden with shops is 2km away. Parking available in the property included a covered place for motos. Quiet place perfect to rest. Possibility to use bikes if available. Suitable for a couple or a family (the 2 bedrooms are communicating without a door in between)

Cabaña de madera, cálida y acogedora. Está totalmente equipada, cocina y baños nuevos, una cómoda cama de matrimonio. Dispone de una chimenea de leña y una estufa de parafina extra. Está ubicada en un bosque, rodeada de robles, encinas, castaños... ideal para parejas que busquen tranquilidad en plena naturaleza y a la vez, estar bien comunicados. Encontrarás rutas de senderismo, visitar pueblos con encanto, hacer surf en las playas cercanas y pasear por los acantilados de la costa.
