Large bedsit flat with kitchen and bathroom

The bedsit flat is situated downstairs as part of our 2 storied house. We live upstairs with our dog (a Collie cross called Nessie). It is entirely separate to our part of the house. Do expect some noise from us upstairs, but we try to keep it to a minimum. You have use of your own kitchen with a washing machine, and bathroom. We have a big garden and can offer a parking space for you behind the automated gate. Our place is very close to the beach, we are one road back from the dunes.

Welcome! If you are looking for a place to rest on your journey, or if you'd like to make this your temporary home away from home, this is the perfect place for you. We have our own private Lake Access with a Jetty. This is a downstairs and self-contained, with its own private entrance Our location is around 18 minutes from Rotorua, the nearest supermarket for supplies is around 15 minutes away, you will pass it as you drive to us from Rotorua. Please Note: We don't cater for 2-10 year

The studio has it's own private entrance and access away from the main house.
