Situated on the edge of a small orchard of feijoa fruit trees over looking native bush and farmland with a stream running through it. The cottage has a private setting with a large deck area. The property is on state highway two, 2 minutes to Katikati town which has a large variety of dining choices and services including a large supermarket .20 minutes to the city of Tauranga ,the beach & Mount Maunganui.Beautiful Waihi beach is approximately 12-15 minutes drive away.

This charming semi detached farmhouse with European flair is located in a peaceful, quiet, rural setting with mature gardens + plenty of lawn space. There are friendly cats, a dog, alpaca, goats, geese, chooks, doves, aviary birds and Honey the horse. The open plan living area opens to 2 private verandah's with table + comfy outdoor furniture to enjoy a BBQ. The place is self contained with fully equipped kitchen. Not suitable for children, sorry. One hour to Opotiki ideal opening to the East Coast. The free pools at Kawerau are wonderful and will suit all ages in hot blistery Summer or cool Winter weather. Awakeri hotpools are open all year around.
