The Happy House - 5 bedrooms! Right downtown.

Old fashioned, unpretentious - only 1 block from downtown - restaurants, shops and Avon Theatre. Not fancy but pretty great. Compact. Good light. Homey. Garden with a picnic table. Good for couples or families (with kids). Well mannered pets are fine. Driveway holds 4 cars in a row. For those with limited mobility, there is a large bedroom and a 3 pc bathroom on the main floor - only one step up to deck and one into house if you go through the back. There is a 2nd 3 piece bathroom upstairs.

Very cozy comfortable home with large kitchen, dining room, living room with pull out sofa, two bedrooms and a laundry room with washer/dryer. Sparkling clean.

Our home has all the comforts of your home! It provides a 4 bedroom house with 2 washrooms on the upper level, 5 beds and a pull out to accommodate your family and friends. We also offer our home to a crew of workers to have all the comforts of home after a long day at work. We can accommodate short term and or long term contracts. We provide the initial cleaning products, dish soap, toilet paper and hand soap, for your convenience.

Welcome to Sunset Point. Sunset Point is a large waterfront vacation property. It is exceptionally bright with beautifully framed views of the lake and ravine from every direction. This property is situated on the banks of the Saugeen River in the town of Durham. Guests will have full use of the 1 1/2 story bungalow, landscaped lot and private beach area. A short stroll up the street takes you to McGowan's Falls and access to the Durham Conservation Area, with its public beaches and hiking trails. The Durham Art Gallery is a stone's throw away, as are public tennis and basketball courts.
