El Durancho is a unique home convenient & close to everything in Durango. 3 min. drive to downtown, or hit the river trail steps away from the front door. Located in a commercial area. This newly remodeled one-bedroom apartment is located on 5 acres of riverfront property. Private river access to the Animas River is 50 yards away. Also, enjoy the spaciousness of being in the country but less than 5 minutes from the grocery store and the best pizza in town. Two cruiser bikes with helmets and a lock are available for free. Access to the beautiful Animas City River Trail is available thru a private gate behind the apartment. It's a fun 10-15-minute ride to downtown.

Great forest escape in the mountains. Our house offers space to come together as a family, slow down and enjoy nature. The fresh, cool mountain air is refreshing and inviting. Like most mountain homes, our house does not have AC as the breeze keeps the house cooler. During those unseasonably warm times, the box fans in the windows keep the air flowing and trips to the lake or river are just perfect!
