Dock your boat in the private marina just outside the back door in our 45' boat slip or enjoy one of the many amenities that our community offers. Play tennis, pickleball, go to the pool or just relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the deck. The beach is just a short 5 minute walk away. Two bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. are also available for you to use.

Welcome to the serenity of Salter Path, this well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 full bath ocean view condo sleeps 4 and features gorgeous birds eye ocean views off the top floor large balcony and every amenity you need to make for the perfect beach vacation, including an elevator! Fully stocked "cooks" kitchen, tasteful furnishings. The community offers a pool and hot tub (open April to end of September) and covered parking for two cars. Linens are provided and also a washer/dryer is in the unit.

Condo is on the second floor of the B building (with no elevators), which is the second building back from the beach. Rental rates do not include fees and taxes added by Airbnb. Parking is available for two vehicles only - no trailer parking allowed.

BRING YOUR OWN linens and towels.
