Also, only 5 minutes from Hemlock spa!

Retro Catskills Chalet with Private Lake Access

Meet your new weekend escape. Enjoy soaring ceilings, wall-to-wall windows and gorgeous mountain views. Main house has a large deck that's perfect for grilling and sunbathing. A private BR is on the first floor, with the master loft BR up a short flight of stairs. Features a generous lawn surrounded by the privacy of the forest. Sit under the stars by a crackling fire pit by night, and play lawn games by day. Located in a quiet lake community, ensuring three seasons of fun on the water.

Parkston Schoolhouse

Relax and unwind in this historic converted one-room schoolhouse. Built in 1870, the Parkston Schoolhouse served all grade levels in the Livingston Manor area. The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.

Element House - Off Grid Hideout

Unwind and reconnect with nature in this rustic and comfortable retreat nestled at the edge of a blueberry field. Surrounded by serene countryside, you'll feel a world away from it all, yet still be just minutes from outdoor activities, thriving food scene, and Bethel Woods just 35 min away. Inside, you'll find a cozy queen bed, kitchenette, dining table, fast wifi, and a full bath. Outside, relax by the fire pit or cook up a meal on the charcoal grill. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.

The Mill House: Creekside Catskills Spring Escape

Nestled in the heart of the Catskills and just a 2.5-hour drive from NYC, escape to a winter retreat where you can reconnect with nature and enjoy the serene beauty of the season. This historic gem underwent a meticulous restoration in 2021, marrying its saw mill heritage with contemporary luxuries, including a Nest thermostat, smart speakers, keyless entry, and fast wifi. Original exposed post and beam construction and Scandinavian-inspired design make for a unique and cozy atmosphere.

Take a leisurely walk under the towering trees in the quiet wooded acre surrounding our cozy, alpine-inspired cabin with contemporary bohemian touches. Sleep in upstairs under deep-set skylights, observe wildlife out our large picture windows, or curl up by the fire on the rustic screened porch. Daydream on our hammock or dine alfresco taking advantage of our barbeque. On a clear night, it is easy to stargaze up through the tall trees, perhaps while toasting marshmallows fireside.

Half Moon: Fairytale Catskills Retreat

Enjoy nature in style at this fairytale in the forest. This idyllic escape combines whimsical structures, curated gathering spaces and a private wooded hillside surrounded by hiking trails and quaint towns. Disclaimer: This is a rustic cabin. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.

The Treecastle at the Roundhouse Homestead

The Treecastle started as a vision when I was a child, but came to life during the quarantine of 2020. Escaping into the woods and surrounded by nature, the treecastle is supported on one end completely by a mature pin oak with hardware from Treehouse Masters TV show. Willow Treehouse - secluded, unique, romantic

The Willow Treehouse is settled among the trees, overlooking a small, swimmable pond, on a wooded property 15min away from the town of Woodstock. It is cozy, yet has all you need to cook dinner, enjoy reading, sit on the couch and stare outside the window, or swim. No WiFi and no cell service = fully disconnecting from daily life and true relaxation. Perfect for couples and solo adventurers (2 adults max). STR operating permit #21H-109
