We know your kids will find this a very inviting get-away space! Our kitchen is full of all the things! We offer games, toys, foosball, AND a seven-seat hot tub out back! Enjoy coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques all within walking to Historical downtown Lebanon. We would love to be your new choice get-away!

Country Estate Home - 5 min to spooky nook

Welcome to your own private 3+ acres to enjoy with your family. Once inside this classic estate home you will find 5 bedrooms, eat in kitchen, family room & formal dining room. All the comforts of your own home while you are away, including grill/outdoor area, laundry, fully furnished kitchen with cooking/dishware/vitamix. Great for parents visiting college students, an escape with friends, & families traveling with loved ones. Also, an amazing private pool & sauna, and a secret creek trail!

The English Cottage - Enchanting, 1 block to town

Possibly the most charming home in Yellow Springs, one block to downtown. No expense was spared in restoring and renovating this 1800's cottage, with charming iron pane windows, original wood floors, screened porch, and fireplace. We lovingly renovated the kitchen, bathrooms and upstairs ensuite bed and bath. Two queen beds, luxurious linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen with Viking range, stainless steel appliances, & marble countertops. Not suitable for children under 12.

The Wright Place B

4 bedrooms 3 full baths consisting of 4 King bedrooms. 1 Queen pull out Murphy bed. A crib located in the primary bedroom. Located mins away from University of Dayton, Wright state University and less than 30 mins from Wilberforce. Host home of the NCAA First Four Tournament. There are total of 5beds to sleep on based on 2 persons per bed. We also have sofa and you're welcome to use air mattress if you like in the laundry room. No more than 12 persons can stay per night.

This listing is a suite with a living room, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The living area also has a sleeper sofa for additional sleepers. It has a separate entrance, private parking, and an outside patio area with accessibility to a hot tub, beautiful yard with playground, and close to the Greene shopping area . In the refrigerator will be water along with coffee, tea and a few snacks. Whole house generator installed- no fear of power loss.

The Cottage Retreat

Whether you are looking for a place to spend some time or just passing through we think you’ll find it quite lovely here. We are just 5 mile off of I70 and centrally located among many places of interest. Go out or stay in. The outdoor living space is pretty spectacular! Private, with a hot tub, fire pit (wood provided), turf to play corn hole. Inside delivers all the comforts of home with full kitchen, laundry, workspace and cozy fireplace.

Exciting, fun, and cozy townhome built in 1883 with tranquil views of the downtown skyline and the Great Miami River in a charming, historic district near downtown The RiverScape Metropark, The Levitt Pavilion, and multiple bars/restaurants are within walking distance. The excitement of the vibrant Oregon District is also within minutes, whether walking or driving. Both WPAFB and Wright State University are an easy 10-15 minute drive!
