Spacious, bright garden studio on Peninsula Park

Explore the world-class restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the nearby Williams and Mississippi districts. At home, this second story studio has extra space in the meditation loft, a full kitchen, fast internet, and projector for streaming. Enjoy your private deck over the shared garden with hammock and H/C outdoor shower. Bus and train nearby with ample on-street parking.

You will sleep on a queen memory foam mattress with cotton linens. A third person can sleep on an inflatable mattress or Play n Pak. There is a 55-inch smartTV with free Netflix, Apple TV, and Prime TV, along with books and games. The patio and gazebo are also available and are the smoking areas. This suite in my house has a private entrance and yard. There are no shared spaces and there is a lock on both sides of the sound-baffled door to the main house to value your privacy as well as mine.

Cozy Cooper Mtn Cottage

Uniquely cozy with all the amenities of home but in a cottage up on Cooper Mt. Where you are surrounded by trees , feel the breezes, sunrise and sunset in the same day, and sometimes the wonderful wildlife around us. Birds in the sky , rabbits and sometimes deer, and yes our two friendly goats. Oh yes and the expansive midnight sky with the bright stars twinkling above or the big round moon shining down on you as you sit on the patio in the evening enjoying the night air.

Enjoy a peaceful stay at my centrally-located studio. You'll love the convenience as is nestled in a quaint neighborhood just off HWY 26. The neighborhood is great for walking and exploring. Safeway, Handel's Ice Cream, Chipotle, Market of Choice, local restaurant and tap rooms are all nearby. The studio is a quick drive to Nike, St. Vincent's Hospital . There's a private entrance and side yard with outdoor seating.
