Just 1hr from the harbour bridge, 7mins to Woy Woy train station, restaurants & cafes, 10mins from the freeway. There are several amazing beaches nearby or access Brisbane Waters from the private Jetty. Indoor/outdoor living made for the family - BBQ, kayaks, library, table tennis, pool table, games. The perfect chill zone.

The family will love this great space with lots of room to enjoy each other’s company. You can kick back and relax . Close to shops, Erina Fair 10 mins , Avoca 10 mins and Terrigal 15mins . The waterfront is a close walk. Kantara Chapel is just around the corner, close venue for bridal group/family. Bring the boat to fish the Brisbane waters or take in many board walks and national parks in the area. We are onsite sometimes during the year in granny flat dependent on season and our travels.
