Square Pond is a spring fed body of water known for its sandy beaches, deep/clean waters, and great fishing! Large deck, big grassy lawn, and cozy campfire area. Calm, protected bay—perfect for beginner paddlers. 40-ft dock, beach area, & swim platform on a mooring. Bring your boat or rent one to access main lake under the bridge. Just an 8-minute walk to town! Bring bikes explore scenic trails. A peaceful, relaxing retreat with all the lakefront fun.

Super cozy, beautiful cottage right on the lake & dirt roads. Yard: sitting areas, propane fire pit, fenced in yard. Inside includes reading areas, dvds, wifi, books, coloring books, puzzles, games. Enjoy the rowboat & kayaks or bring your own boat. We are on Antique Ally and State Parks are nearby (2 miles away). Enjoy a day at Chucksters, Concord, Portsmouth or the lakes region. WATERFRONT HOME! Come escape to this home on the lake. Get ready to kyak, waterski, swim, fish or just relax on the large new deck & watch the sunsets. This Crate & Barrel-esque styled Cape has room to entertain & sleep plenty of guests. Sit, relax & listen to the loons. Sonos speaker system throughout the home and outside. 2 kyaks & a pedal boat for guest use. Boat launch is next door. Hannaford Grocery store & Walgreens is 1 mile away. Enjoy the Fire pit & fire up the grill.

Seasonal lake side cottage

Cottage comes with the use of two kayak's, a canoe, two stand up paddle boards, an outside fire place to roast s'mores. (Please do not use fireplace until dusk). Refrigerator & freezer, microwave, keurig, toaster, basic pots and pans, outside grill,a clean lake with swimming area. Tv/DVD player & DVD’s(no cable). We supply towels,linens & beach towels. Friendly neighbors on either side of cottage. Water is fine to use, but not to drink. A perfect relaxing, unplugged weekend getaway.

COVID UPDATE: We know everyone has different levels of concern regarding the virus. Please know that while we feel our sanitation and cleanliness of the Cottage is exceptional, we have doubled our efforts providing multiple cleanings between guests. This is a NON-SMOKING property. Just 2 hours from Boston and 1 hour from Greater Portland, ME, Sokokis Lake is a fantastic ice fishing spot! Relax under our majestic willow tree with stunning lake views at every turn. During the warmer months, explore the lake in our 2 kayaks or launch your own boat from the public ramp neaby. Enjoy evenings by the fire pit while watching the sunset. Plus, a supermarket, ice cream, fried seafood, and pizza are just a short walk away. Your lakeside escape awaits!

Enjoy days out on the water which is right outside your back door! Or nights at the fire pit enjoying the stars. We have wifi, tv w/ streaming services, laundry, a/c & heat, and kayaks to make your stay as comfortable and fun as possible. We're family friendly and have a crib for infant/baby.
