House is located across from homes that back up to Beaver Lake, but neighborhood doesn’t provide lake access. Located 5.5 miles from War Eagle Marina.

All basic (soap, hair dryer) items supplied including a fully equipped kitchen. 6 queen beds, 1 twin bed, 1 sofa twin, & 1 full bed and full futon bed with 2.5 bathrooms (see access section.) Just off John Deshields parkway you can ride to Crystal Bridges and the Bentonville Square on the Greenway and Sidewalks once out of this single entrance neighborhood. Small subdivision with one way in and out. Good size fully fenced back yard and pet friendly(Keep pets off furniture please). Extremely close to the memorial park baseball and soccer complexes for super close access for tournaments. This house is a great option for seeing Bentonville, Crystal Bridges and Biking.

Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet!
