Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

King sized bed in the bedroom plus a queen sized air mattress. Pool view but not currently accessible to guests.

Rogers Beehive- 1mi off 49 & 1mi to Walmart AMP

Enjoy all NWA has to offer while staying in a detached studio apartment located in a private seven house subdivision. Our “bee” themed rental is just 1 mile from I-49 and one 1.5. miles from the Amp. Central to Crystal Bridges, Top Golf, Walmart home offices. Bedding is: 1 queen bed, full size sofa bed, and twin mattress (stored under the queen bed). The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your enjoyment. Trail-bike storage can be arranged in advance. Come and “BEE” our guest.

Local artists rotate their works every few months to create new experiences. Come be transported by color and creativity while you enjoy the evolving spaces both indoor and out. The Gallery is 8 minutes from the Natural's Ball Park, 15 minutes to the U of A or the Walmart Amp, 20 minutes to Crystal Bridges and Downtown Bentonville!

Big apartment in a walkout basement on 1 acre in beautiful Cave Springs. Centrally located just minutes from the airport, bike trails, lakes, and shopping. High ceilings, windows, natural light. The bedroom (1 queen bed) sleeps 2 people, the twin bed in the living room sleeps 1, and there’s a couch for a 4th person if needed. You’ll have a private, fully loaded kitchen, basic cookware, private laundry, private bathroom, private office and WiFi. Sorry, we cannot allow pets.

Come escape the hustle of life on our peaceful, 5 acre farm! Junebug Cottage is nestled in our detached shop with a private entrance. After a busy day, enjoy a glass of wine or beer from one of our many local breweries while you watch the sunset over the hayfield. Feel free to stroll our acreage and say hello to the hens! With a fully-equipped kitchen, it's perfect for a quick weekend getaway or a cozy home-away-from home for work.
