Open plan living, dining, with a long bar, exposed beams, soaring ceilings and a separated bedroom with a queen sized bed all in a 1400 sf space with concrete floors, ceiling fans, brand new AC, W/D, TV, + dedicated internet. A fully stocked kitchen with a full sized brand new refrigerator, tiled floors & bathroom with a new shower which sits below the lookout tower. The ONLY shared element is the pool itself.

Welcome ! Come, relax and enjoy our lovely studio cottage, ideally located on the waterside of beautiful Westside road. The property has 140 ft of easily accessible waterfront, perfect for a swim and is also within a 2 minute walk to a secluded beach. The cottage is quiet, airy and is finished to a high standard, offering a very casual luxury. Transportation is easy and the amenities are many. This is a slice of old Bermuda charm, perfect for relaxing and taking in all that is Bermuda !

Pool house in a garden setting (+ EV chargers)

The pool house has a queen bed and its own bathroom + shower. It is next to our house in a spacious yard in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Bus stop is a 3 minute walk, John Smith's Bay beach 5 and grocery store 12 minutes away. We also have a Labrador that roams the property. There's cable tv (includes HBO and Showtime) free wifi. Pepper Tree Cottage one bedroom.

This charming newly renovated, one bedroom in Pepper Tree Cottage, is literally a stones throw from beautiful Dolly’s Bay. Your private garden area is the perfect place to enjoy the gorgeous views of the bobbing boats or a paddle in the kayak. The very quaint old town of St. George's where you will find local hangouts and some lovely restaurants, only a 15 minute bus, car or bike ride away. Please note that since Covid, breakfast is no longer available.
