A large second lounge downstairs, plus a separate games room (slate pool table, Table Tennis) ensures both the kids and adults are entertained! The flexible layout will suit both a small single family or multiple families. Stroll to the spectacular Jan Juc beach, renowned RACV Golf Course, nearby playground and parks.

Bells Beach - Cottage with wood heater

Our pet friendly cottages are on 5 beautiful acres of natural bushland between the magnificent Great Ocean Road and renowned surfing location, Bells Beach. Each cottage has 2 bedrooms, 2 car spaces and is fully self-contained, complete with BBQ and outdoor entertaining area. Wake up to the peaceful sounds of native birds and views of our garden and nearby dam. With wood fires inside and Netflix provided this is the perfect year-round retreat for families, couples, and lovers of the outdoors.

Jan Juc Beach Break - Sand, Sun & Surf - 750m Walk

With only a 5 minute walk to the clifftops of Jan Juc, this property will not disappoint. In an elevated position this property takes advantage of golf course, ocean and parkland views across the treetops. Imagine waking up to the sounds of the surf and walking 750m to the sand. Beach Break has 3 large sunny decks each offering unique places to relax and unwind. Situated in a quiet court with the comforts you would expect from home - you will love staying at Jan Juc Beach Break.

The Shed

A very spacious light and airy one bedroom 'shed' on a small farm in Freshwater Creek. Quiet and peaceful. Wander round the 1.2km track looking for wildlife or jump in the car and go to one of the many nearby beaches for the day. Dogs are welcome but not allowed in the living areas. Our 4 dogs roam the property. Definitely not a stay for people afraid of dogs. Stable facilities and paddocks are available on request and for an extra fee if you would like to holiday with your horse

Fishos Cottage is located in a very sought after location in the centre of all Torquay, the start of The Great Ocean Road. 3 bedrooms, fully self contained, washer/dryer and metres from the beach. The cottage can sleep 8 with a maximum of 6 adults. Air conditioning and Heating. All linen & towels included. Walking distance from shops, cafes and restaurants.
