Great for family gatherings as adjacent unit can be co-rented, providing opportunity to create memorable times with loved ones. Docking available for fishing and boating. Firepit for evening enjoyment. Relax and enjoy the abundant resident water fowl and spectacular sunsets. I am unable to accommodate pets.

The Boathouse

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! Comfy cottage with direct access to the SLR from dock. Quiet single home only 5 mins from Clayton village for shopping and restaurants. Close to Cape Vincent, Sackets Harbor, and A-Bay. Your passport & a 40 min. drive = CANADA! Wade into the water and bring your boat to tour the 1000 islands! Imagine early morning coffee watching the loons on the screened-in porch and cocktails around the campfire at night. Your endless adventures and exploring awaits. Well-behaved pups are invited too.

From unique boutiques, the world-class Antique Boat Museum, fitness facilities, and River Yoga.

Waterfront Cottage located in the heart of the 1000 Islands between Kingston and Gananoque. Now with air conditioning! Open concept cottage. Prime Fishing, Boating, and Sailing location. 2 kayaks and one canoe for guests to use. Fully furnished with bedding, blankets, pillows and towels all included. Thorough cleaning between guest visits. Extra precautions are in place due to COVID-19 which includes extra attention to cleaning.

Enjoy our brand new 2023 24x48 2 bedroom, camp in our quiet, family owned park. Directly on the water. Watch ships glide by while you drink your coffee on the front porch. Includes kayak launch and docks for fishing. Empire State pass available for easy boat launching and visiting local state parks. Located 3 miles from Alexandria Bay. Wolfe's Kountry Kottage is a short walk away at the top of the property.

Lovely Lake House with Hot Tub

Amazing waterfront! Beautiful shoreline on Sand Lake (part of the Rideau System). Fun & space for everyone. Rental includes several watercraft! We also have a hot tub and two fire pits! Our goal is to provide our guests with an affordable price and great value for their money. As such, we do not provide bedding. This keeps our prices low. This service is available, however, for a fee.

Millens Bay Retreat with Private Dock

Relax with the whole family at this waterfront home. Located in Millens Bay on the St Lawrence River. This year round rental offers swimming, boating, fishing in the summer, beautiful foliage in the fall, ice fishing/snowmobiling in the winter and peaceful retreat in the spring.
