The pool house is close to Muncie, Indiana and Ball State and Taylor Universities. We are also only about 5 miles from Barn on Boundary and have hosted several wedding parties. You’ll love our place because of the location, it feels like a secluded lodge. The timber frame structure is unique and has all the comforts of home. It has a very open floor plan and is very quiet and peaceful. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (dogs).

This beautiful little space is only 4 years old and is furnished with some new and some repurposed items. Our area is located only 14 miles from Berne, In, home to many Amish family owned businesses, 14 miles to Ouabache State Park, and 9 miles to Bluffton and the River Greenway.

Our ranch-style farmhouse is located in the beautiful, wide-open northeast corner of Delaware County, and is centrally located to Ball State University, Taylor University, Muncie, Hartford City, Eaton, Albany, Dunkirk, Upland, Gas City, Fairmont and Portland, Indiana! Enjoy the special emphasis we put on comfort and relaxation! The home is located on three acres with beautiful views of the countryside and surrounding woods.
