Cottage is 100 yards from mile-long sandy beach and Minaun Cliffs - among highest in Europe. The Toolis family have lived here for over 400 years. The deserted Dookinella stone village still stands in the field nextdoor. Keel village is a 5-minute drive with restaurants, local butcher selling Achill lamb and fisherman selling from boat. Surf school for all ages. Fabulous walks begin right at the door from easy to mountain hikes. Good for couples and families. Good WiFi. Wheelchair accessible.

Blacksod Beach House, Belmullet Peninsula, Co Mayo

Wake up to fabulous views on this naturally elevated site which overlooks Achill Island, Blacksod Bay, Duvillaun Island, Inishkea Islands, and Blackrock lighthouse. Beach is a two minute walk and is perfect for a stroll or walking the dog. A few metres away in Spring, the Corncrake arrives , his distinctive "kek kek" can be heard clearly. Blacksod Lighthouse is in close proximity. Colaiste Uisce in ten minutes away. Award winning Sonas Heritage Centre & cafe is a few mins away .

Cèide Fields cottage.

This is a renovated cottage located in a lovely rural area in North Mayo, it is just a few miles outside Ballycastle town on the wild Atlantic coast. The views of the sea are spectacular and the cottage provides a space to relax in after a day sightseeing the local area (you will need a car to get around). The cottage is on a working farm but other than the sound of sheep there will be nothing to disturb the peace and quiet you will experience in this beautiful cottage.

The cottage is located 6 miles from Belmullet town which has a variety of shops and restaurants. The cottage has been recently redecorated throughout. It has an open fire turf supplied & also oil central heating. It's a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach. Cottage is located on a small farm. Bathroom accommodate for people with disabilities.
