Cet agréable appartement de 2 pièces Bis (car il possède une chambre "cabine") rénové récemment, se trouve dans une résidence d'un calme exceptionnel, sécurisée et possédant une piscine. Il se trouve au 1er étage avec ascenseur et dispose d'une grande terrasse plein sud sans vis à vis ainsi qu'une place de parking réservée pour faciliter votre séjour. Bénéficiant de tout le confort nécessaire, il est idéal pour une petite famille. De plus, tout le nécessaire pour bébé peut être mis à disposition sur demande (lit parapluie, matelas...).

Climatisation , excellente connexion wifi gratuite , tv, accès Netflix et canal+ mise a disposition du linge de maison , de matériel de plage , de jeux et jouets pour enfants .

In the heart of the Old Town, this family-owned rental apartment is close to a wonderful choice of bars and restaurants from casual takeaways to Michelin award-winning eateries. The air-conditioned, third floor apartment sleeps four and has two bedrooms (one double and one twin). There are 42 steps up to the apartment, no lift. The fully equipped kitchen also has a washing machine for our guests' convenience. The large Lounge/Diner opens up onto a balcony. Check in at 3pm, check out at 10am.
