The area is close to the beaches of Aquidneck Island, the fabulous Cliff Walk and is three miles from Naval Station Newport. The property is well kept and offers off street parking. There is also a small deck with awning which offers a scenic and private place to relax. Two night minimum! Apartment is attached to a two hundred year old farmhouse. A home away from home. At 13 Lester, we can provide guests a choice when booking, to book as a one bedroom with pull out sofa (sleeps 4) or as a 2 bedroom with pull out sofa (sleeps 6). Since we have a high demand for parties of 2 the listing is priced for the one bedroom with pull out option. If you need or want the second bedroom opened up just book the unit as listed and message us to request the 2nd bedroom. We will send a request through the app for the additional fee of $50 per night
