Walk through the protected landscape area or visit the mountains around Kronpach.

Sehr stylisches und in Zusammenarbeit zwischen Architekt / Innenarchitekt / Möbeldesigner realisiertes 1-Raum-Appartement (Schlafsofa!) mit separatem Duschbad, 31qm Wohnfläche, separatem, eigenen Eingang und Zugang zur Fasssauna. Alle Möbel als individuelle Sonderanfertigung, Küchenarbeitsplatte und Essbar Beton/ Holzeinlegearbeiten/ Epoxidharz. Duschbad mit Betonspachteltechnik, wobei aufgrund der sehr eingeschränkten Platzsituation Dusche und WC räumlich nicht getrennt werden konnten.

Ein persönlicher Parkplatz im Hinterhof gehört mit zur Wohnung. Der Trachenberger Platz ist das Zentrum des Stadtteils Pieschen mit Supermarkt, Döner, Bäcker, Fleischer etc.
