Welcome to this beautiful charming 108-year old lake house (ødegård) in Olofstrom, Sweden. We are completely in love with her 💗 and the nature around 🌲. You will get hugged by rare nature at this unique and idealistic Swedish lake house. It offers spacious space for your entire family, tranquil scenery framed in your windows, a crystal fresh water lake 50m away. Within short driving distance, there are fishing, canoeing, trekking and museums trips to stay active and connected to nature. 💫

A cottage for all seasons.

Relax with the whole family in this lovely yellow cottage by lake Fegen. Situated in the forest, nature is at your doorstep. Swim & canoe on the lake, or go for walks in the forest. Pick berries or mushrooms in season, or downhill skiing at Isaberg mountain not far away. Try cross country skiing on the trails in the neighbouring town. Those who want to shop, Swedens largest department store Gekås is just 20 minutes away in Ullared. Or simply just relax around the house or on the jetty.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

Country house of approx. 140 sqm which has been completely renovated in 2023. The house is fully equipped and has many preserved original details. Three large bedrooms and a welcoming living room with fireplace. Upstairs is a workplace. The large bathroom has both a bath and shower and a tiled stove.
