You can truly take a step back from city life at this charming vacation rental located on a working farm, complete with chickens. Spend your day sipping to your heart’s content at a local winery, hiking through the Finger Lakes State Park, or relaxing and breathing in the fresh air at the beautiful shared pool overlooking the surrounding forest. By the time you leave, you’ll be feeling refreshed and replenished.

Nestled onto 10 private, peaceful acres, w/pond about 15 minutes to downtown Columbia and the University, close to restaurants, dining and family-friendly activities, that is if you want to leave the Pool and the quiet of the country. 8 beds, + a few air mattresses. There are 2 pack/plays. You'll love the kitchen, the views, and the coziness. The in-ground heated pool is 25 x 50 feet. (Closed mid Oct. - mid April) We stock wood for the fire pit, so roast hot dogs, or make S'mores! No parties!

Everything that you might need for your stay in town is probably going to be close by. There is ample parking , and Faurot Field is 1.8 miles away. The condo reminds us of a Little Brown Stone and our time spent in NYC, hence the name. It is a freshly renovated space designed around the intent to make it the most comfortable place for you to spend your time in Columbia.

Large sunny windows, real bed, (with room to bed a child or two down on the floor) tea pot, easy chair, composting toilet, AC, WiFi, hiking trails. There's no shower in the Cabin. Our water is from a deep well, tested, certified ... and delicious! There is an above ground pool, trampoline, and a trail down the hill Very child friendly. We maintain a fragrance-free facility, so no air "fresheners".
