The coastal village of Milford-on-Sea has great restaurants, 10-15 min walk along the road or a leisurely 20 minutes across the fields with views over The Isle of Wight. Comfy Guest Annex: near Beach, Park& Tennis Courts

Our Guest Annex is a Studio with its own entrance, keysafe & parking infront. Upon entering the hall, there is a lounge with a sofa-daybed (with trundle), a smart TV, a kitchenette and a dining table. The kingsized zip-link bed is located at the back of the sunny room with large windows overlooking the back garden. Access to our washing machine, which is located in the main house, is available on request. Housekeeping is weekly, normally on Sundays, when your stay is 7days or longer.

Modern and spacious second floor flat, recently refurbished, in an elegant Grade 2 listed building. The property is in the perfect location for holiday makers. A short 5 minute walk to Boscombe Pier which boasts 8 miles of award winning golden sandy beach, and is 1.5 miles from Bournemouth Pier and town centre. Boscombe promenade has much to offer our guests from water-sports to exceptional hospitality and is the perfect choice for a staycation.

Free off street parking. Walk around front of the house, down a pretty gravel side passage lined with plants, to a private studio overlooking a garden. The family in the main house does also use the garden. We hope you enjoy your stay.
