Bright, walkout basement suite. It is easy to get around Boulder with a 5 minute walk to CU, a 10 minute walk to Chautauqua and a 15 minute walk to Pearl St. I am the owner & live upstairs. Noise transfer alert, I'm up by 5:30am, walking quietly, but you will hear me. I'm in bed by 9pm and will hear you if you are talking/watching TV.
