It's close to beautiful mountain walks, great restaurants, and supermarkets. It is centrally located and an easy drive either to the southern suburbs or the Atlantic seaboard. The apartment has beautiful mountain views and is located in a quiet side street, even though it is extremely close to hustle and bustle of Sea Point, the the V&A Waterfront and the city center just a short bus/car ride away; one could even walk there. The famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay are also extremely close to the Sea Point.
