Minutes from Sagamore Beach, this upstairs/downstairs studio in a Cape Saltbox has its own private entrance. There is a private outdoor patio/grilling area for guests. The large air-conditioned upstairs has skylights & a full bathroom, kitchen is downstairs. Equipped with washer/dryer. 7 min walk/2 min. drive to Sagamore beach. No parking at beach. I am happy to drop you off if I’m around. Across the street playground & tennis courts. Close to cape cod canal for biking & Rt. 3 for bus/train.

You'll be just a short 5 minute walk to our neighborhood family beach, one mile (20 minute walk) to downtown Onset Village where you can find restaurants, shops and ice cream, and less than 10 minute drive to the Bourne Bridge. With a large backyard and spacious back deck, enjoy a cookout after a day at the beach. The house is equipped with window AC units and high speed internet.
