Greenacre is a spacious, 3 bedroomed bungalow on the outskirts of Dyke with countryside views to the market town of Bourne. The Wishing Well Inn is just a couple of minutes walk away and offers a friendly welcome and good food. Bourne can be reached on foot in 35 minutes & offers a variety of pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets as well as a leisure centre. Local attractions include the historic town of Stamford, Burghley House, Rutland Water, Belvior Castle, Grimsthorpe Castle and more!

My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

Situated in the open countryside, just 15 minutes from Stamford and five minutes from Market Deeping, our beautiful ground floor converted barn has all the facilities to make it home from home. Come and relax in our rural farmland retreat. With a king size bed and space for a cot in the bedroom and/or use of the sofa as a bed (Living Room) for one person, The Stables is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day exploring South Lincolnshire and beyond.
