Cozy, Beautiful Lake Coldwater Home with Panoramic views of the main lake right on Pearl Beach directly across from the Sandbar! This home sleeps up to 8 people, with 3 beds upstairs, a big comfy L-shaped couch in the living room & 2 air mattresses & has a heated 2 car garage. Large kitchen and Deck for family gatherings. Pontoon Boat Available for Rent upon request! The house comes with Paddleboards & Kayaks as well as floats for the lake. Grill & fire pit on site as well.

This quiet, yet friendly neighborhood is on a dead-end drive. It is a warm, inviting place to relax and play. Spend the evening on the deck or around a bonfire by the lake and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The cottage comes with a private dock, two kayaks, and life jackets. Totally unplugged.

Lake Front Cottage on Iyopawa Island & Golf Course

This is a vacation property located on desirable Iyopawa Island, with Coldwater Lake on one side, and a regulation 9 hole golf course on the other. The house was recently refurbished. Fishing, Boating, Golfing, and Swimming, are literally right outside your door. We rent by the week for June through September starting on Sat. and Daily with a two day minimum the rest of the year. We are 5 miles North of the I-69, I-80 Interchange.

Relax with the whole family at our charming cottage. We are located on a private road with a wide-open view of Coldwater Lake, just walk down the stairway and you are there. You may dock your boat at our dock, or there are marinas on the lake who rent boats. Coldwater is the largest lake of 6 on the 17-mile chain of lakes. You can boat, walk, bike, or drive to restaurants and ice cream. Pet fee $150 per dog, by approval.

Comfortable cottage on Craig Lake in Coldwater, Michigan. Hang out in the huge yard, where you’ll find a fire pit, or enjoy the view from the three-seasons room. Fish from the dock, and even bring your own boat. A public launch is nearby and there is room to park your boat trailer on our property.
