Old fashioned, unpretentious - only 1 block from downtown - restaurants, shops and Avon Theatre. Not fancy but pretty great. Compact. Good light. Homey. Garden with a picnic table. Good for couples or families (with kids). Well mannered pets are fine. Driveway holds 4 cars in a row. For those with limited mobility, there is a large bedroom and a 3 pc bathroom on the main floor - only one step up to deck and one into house if you go through the back. There is a 2nd 3 piece bathroom upstairs.

Our suite is located on a private level of a historic cobblestone mansion and has a patio, full kitchen, dining room, living room, king bed, spa bathroom and access to two outdoor dining areas. It's located on the banks of the Grand River in Parisar the hum of the river from your suite. Great shops, restaurants and outdoor adventures are a short walk away.

Note: The pool is outdoor and is generally open by Victoria Day weekend (3rd weekend in May) until Labour Day weekend (last weekend in August), but if it is warm earlier or later we may extend that by a few weeks. We have a two bedroom beautifully decorated and fully outfitted apartment in the lower level of our fully renovated house . We have everything to make your stay memorable.
