The annex comprises fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining / lounge area with a smart tv. There is fast wifi and the space acts as a very comfortable workspace. Double bed on mezzanine (accessed via ladder) and sofa bed in lounge. Welcome breakfast, coffee, tea provided. Pets welcome and parking available.

Welcome to Southwick TinyHome; a studio at this centrally-located home in Southwick village. We have created an indoor environment matching our love of motorhoming without compromising on space and luxury, maximising the benefits of being by the sea, rail and bustling village life. We love living here and want our guests to feel welcome and happy in this seaside escape. With a small-double fold-down bed and under-stairs bathroom, this tiny-home lacks no mod-cons while keeping the bijou feel.

Chestnut Lodge a cosy quirky unique space.

Nestled in a small village with a great pub and walks within 5 minutes. This unique place has a style all its own. It is made from recycled/reclaimed material's, bed side tables which are made out of suitcases, a handmade high bed with storage. The breakfast bar is a cast iron cutting table from an old printing press. There is a kitchen area made up of vintage drawers and doors, there is a small fridge, toaster, kettle but no oven. With French doors leading to a private courtyard garden.

Wooden cabin with fab views, private access and garden tucked away behind our cottage. Ideal for walkers/cyclists - just come down from the Southdowns Way when you get to the historic village of Fulking in the National Park - we're at the foot of the escarpment. Basic ingredients for breakfast/hot drinks provided for walkers. Wifi, TV, netflix, hot shower, comfy bed, excellent pub close by. Spectacular scenery and walks leading in all directions from the doorstep!
