Our cute garden flat is just 350m from the beach and right in the centre of Hove with its superb selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. There's a private decked patio with shared use of the front garden. Brighton's chic shopping & vibrant nightlife is a 30 min stroll along the prom. Our welcome pack includes local Artisan bread, semi skimmed milk, butter, plus homemade jam & cakes. Car drivers also get a free 1 day visitor parking permit to help you settle in, and there is nearby EV charging.

Situated in the perfect location just moments from the beach this hidden oasis is surrounded by local cafes', restaurants, boutiques and bakeries; and is a short stroll into central Brighton. The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.
