Our Tiny Home sits tucked away in the heart of Hove, in our garden. You’ll sleep on a comfy double bed in the mezzanine, gazing at the stars through a velux. Downstairs, there’s a kitchen with essentials and a private bathroom with a toilet and shower. Step outside to your private patio with a bistro set—perfect for morning coffee. Free parking lines the whole road. It’s an 8-min walk to the nearest station, 20 mins to the sea/central Hove. By car, it’s just 5 mins to Hove, 15 to Brighton.

The Nest: A Unique Retreat on the South Downs Way

On the South Downs Way, nestled in a beautiful spot amongst trees, with countryside views across farmland, The Nest is a hand-built wooden cabin positioned at Springfields, Spring Gardens Nursery. An area of natural beauty, yet a short walk to the PYO areas, farm shop and wonderful cafe at The Gooseberry House, it has immediate access to footpaths and is ideal for walkers and cyclists. Private parking on site. Recent new kitchen area & shower fitted for guests comfort, to enable longer stays.

Well located for Lewes, The South Downs, Glyndebourne, Firle and Ashdown Forest. Hot shower, Woodburner, Gas fired BBQ, Solar powered electricity(please note that this not powerful enough to charge higher voltage electrical equipment such as a laptop, hairdryer or hair tongs etc. Fire pit, Camping stove, quality bedding.

Situated down a quiet rural lane in the Sussex countryside near Brighton, Kenny's Hut is the perfect romantic retreat for two. Enjoy uninterrupted views over the fields and sheep from the sun deck, relax listening to birdsong or stargaze at night sat around the warm glow of the firepit. Creature comforts include a King Size bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and wood burning stove. Special occasion? A wonderful opportunity to stay in this cosy, secluded cabin situated in the famous Cuckmere Valley & South Downs National Park. The cabin is set within a beautiful landscaped garden, in the quaint village of Litlington. A 2 minute walk to the Long Man Brewery and Plough & Harrow pub. A 20 minute walk across the valley takes you to Alfriston and Rathfinny Vineyard. Litlington is 3 miles from Cuckmere Haven, from here the footpath can be continued along the Seven Sisters cliffs to Beachy Head.

The toilet is in a converted horse trailer .new shower and toilet a short walk away. surrounded by farmland , sheep,chickens & horses . access to 80 acres of walks on our own farmland . Dogs must be kept on a lead .
