New Redwood National Park Riverfront Retreat

The Villa is a true escape we know you will enjoy for its foremost location on the river directly adjacent to the Redwood National Park and the Jedediah Smith State Park. It is situated on a spectacular spot that exemplifies the Pacific Northwest and its pristine rivers. Our home away from home offers comfort and relaxation while exploring with friends and family our Wild Rivers Coast. The Villa has a prime location with a 180° view of the Smith River, the cleanest river in United States.

The Garden Cottage

The Garden Cottage is surrounded by old growth spruce, fir and pine trees. Anywhere the sun can reach you will see a variety of flowers planted: seasonal bulbs, wildflowers and many bushes and perennials planted for birds, butterflies and bees. The kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are designed with gardening in mind. I have many trails on my property that intersect with the Oregon Coast Trail and Cape Sebastian State Park. There's an additional listing on property called The Bluebird House.

Bicycle or walk less than a mile to the beach, parks, shops & breweries from this charming three bedroom, two bath home. You will find no other home that affords such peace and comfort including a heated outdoor shower & hot tub, beautifully landscaped backyard with deck & BBQ to finish off the day at the beach, rafting down the beautiful Smith River or hiking in the Redwoods.

Beautifully furnished for your comfort and the style of the Pacific Ocean in mind, Beachfront Studio features a one bedroom, one bath apartment with a comfortable queen-size bed, an equally relaxing double-size futon/bed, a large sofa and an open-concept living room/kitchen/dining room/sun room with Direct TV and wireless Internet access.

Fern Hook Vacation Cabins are located nearby Jedidiah Smith State Park in the tiny hamlet of Hiouchi, California. Indulge yourself in a private setting of magnificent redwoods carpeted with ferns. Our newly constructed cabins with full kitchens will provide deluxe accommodations while you enjoy this natural wonderland. We are pet friendly, but require a 30$ per pet fee, for each reservation.

Everything you can possibly need for a romantic stay in a quiet private yet accessible setting. Oh and above that coastal fog. Our pet policy is for smaller hypoallergenic dogs.
