The Black Haven Tiny Home

This new modern home is anything but ordinary. With four 11 foot windows lining the front of the home it allows for the space to feel light and airy. The bright interior is a perfect contrast to the exterior. Located in a quite neighborhood close to Newbury Neck Beach. This home offers parking, WIFI, a washer and dryer, and an outdoor lounge area. Just a short drive will put you in the heart of Blue Hill where you’ll find great restaurants and cafes. Acadia National Park is just 30 miles away.

Flower Farm Loft

When you arrive at the Flower Farm Loft you're greeted by our dogs, who will likely jump on you with muddy paws and request fetch and pets. You're immediately surrounded by flowers in our gardens and flower studio. The loft has big east facing windows that look over our farm and surrounding fields. You'll open the curtains in the morning to incredible sunrises over Kilkenny Cove, and end your nights at your private fire pit with immaculate star filled skies that will make it hard to go inside.

5 acres of lawns, gardens, and meadows and a gentle rocky beach on Blue Hill's Salt Pond, a protected inlet of the Atlantic Ocean. The house faces south towards the water and overlooks a gorgeous blueberry field that turns a majestic shade of deep red in the fall. A heat pump provides heating and cooling. Shaded picnic table and small propane grill. Three-night minimum with parking for one car only (no trucks/trailers). Ask about extra parking. One well-behaved dog is allowed. No other pets or children. No TV, good wifi. 10pm quiet zone.
