The Dans @ Long Beach - Luxury Beach House

The Dans is the perfect coastal getaway, only a 30-second walk to the prestigious sands of Long Beach. The Dans is so close to the beach you can hear the waves with the sandy shores and dog-friendly beach only moments away. Wake up to the sounds of the ocean, enjoy morning strolls along the beach, in the afternoon explore the surrounding area or take out the complimentary Paddle Boards or just watch the dolphins as they swim by. Our personal favourite...watching the kangaroos lazying around.

Beachfront serenity and seclusion

Beach front property at Rosedale on NSW south coast. Directly overlooking exclusive Nuns Beach accessible from a private path from the yard to the beach, the property is set next to state forest with echidna. Cutlery and crockery for 12 is provided in a full kitchen with cookware and coffee machine. Internal dining table seats 10 with outdoor table for 8-10, gas barbecue and sun lounges. Set in a serene setting, the 2700 sqm yard is secluded with no proximate neighbours. Pet friendly.

Summer Salt Beach House

Summer Salt has 2 separate self contained areas. Upstairs has its own living area, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms (main bedroom has a queen sized bed, 2nd bedroom 1 x double, 2 singles - in total, upstairs sleeps 6) Downstairs also has living area, kitchen and bathroom, laundry and 1 bedroom (1x queen and 2 singles)-sleeps 4. Upstairs has 2 outdoor areas - one huge deck overlooking the ocean and one covered outdoor area, downstairs has a 2 covered outdoor areas. Perfect for 2 families.

Absolute Beachfront Studio

Location: - Absolute Beachfront (no roads to cross) - Steps away from the sand - Summer-patrolled beach - Can catch a nice wave and watch the resident dolphins - Above a great cafe - Directly opposite an IGA, pizza place, Chinese restaurant, pharmacy and bottle shop. One of the best locations at Malua Bay with unbroken ocean views. Enjoy a stunning stay in spacious comfort and style which can accommodate up to 8 guests. Fabulous location all year round, a 1-2 minute ocean front walk to Garden Bay, a 5 minute walk to the popular Three66 café plus enjoy all that the south coast has to offer. Watch the whales from the front deck as they migrate north in the cooler months, and south with their calves as it starts to warm up towards summer.

Most rooms in the house enjoy the magnificent views of Sunshine Cove, looking across the bay to Long Beach and further out to Pigeon House Mountain. The indoor living area flows out to the expansive entertainment deck, creating an ideal setting for relaxed entertaining. You will enjoy beach access from a walking trail. We don't except bookings for SCHOOLIES or Parties.

Newly renovated and located within an easy 2 minute's walk across the road to the white sands and pristine blue waters of Racecourse Beach. Be lulled to sleep by the rhythmic sound of the surf and wake to the refreshing feeling that you get from being at the beach. Breakfast on the verandah while whale and dolphin watching before heading off for a relaxing morning stroll up the beach or swim. What a way to start the day.

Birds and beach at Broulee

Our place is close to the beach which is great for surfing, swimming, paddling and family bike rides. You’ll love our place because of the location right on the creek with birds and water fun just seconds away. The split level design and high ceilings creates a cosy and yet spacious feeling. Our house is good for couples, families (with kids), and those travelling with their pets with a fully enclosed back yard.
